Ben D. Herber

A Geology Senior at the University of Texas at Austin, is from Amarillo. Started as an Archaeology major. After taking Geology for a Science elective, he decided that he "enjoyed studying rocks more than looking at bones". He is currently taking several upper division geology courses, but is primarily interested in Sedimentology. Ben is working as a research assistant U.T. Institute for Geophysics. He plans to continue to Graduate school, with a focus on petroleum geology, and pursue a career in petroleum exploration.
